How can i invest with Crate Trade?

First, sign up for an account. When you login, deposit funds into your account. After you have made your deposit, you can buy investment plans.

Where can i find the investments options?

The investments options are located in the member area and are only viewable for members, just signup it's free.

How long does it take before a deposit is added to my account?

Deposits are added to your account almost instantly. Within minutes you can start investing.

How long does it take before I receive my withdrawal?

Payments are made to your account on business days, a Withdrawal processing can take up to 72 hours depends on our work load.

Do I have to withdraw my earnings, or can I re-invest them?

Depending on the investment package, your returns added to your account balance directly or when your plan completes. You can at any time choose to investment with your account balance.

I already have investment options with Crate Trade but want to buy more. Can I?

Sure you can. If your account balance is not yet high enough to invest in more plans, you can easily deposit more funds into your account to buy more plans with. Each of your investments will be listed seperately in your account, to give you a clear overview.

What happens with my funds? Where and how are they invested?

All Crate Trade investments are pooled together and invested in various activities. These can be both on- and offline, long- and short-term investment opportunities. This is Real Estate and Stock Market Investments.

I already have an account, but want to open another. Can I?

No. Any member found to have multiple accounts will have all accounts frozen.

Does it cost anything to join your program?

No, joining our program is 100% free.

What are the fees for to fund and withdrawal from my account ?

We do not charge any fees, however it is possible that your bank or an e-currency processor charge you for any transfers.

How does bank wire work?

If you send funds by bank wire you will be sending it to an attorney that notifies us with all the details of your deposit, we will credit your account with the amount you send the attorney, in the meantime funds you send us stay in escrow with the attorney until we have paid you in full + interest.

Why am I not receiving the verification email?

Sometimes when people are using email providers like Yahoo, Hotmail and AOL, the verification email (and others) don't arrive. This can be solved by changing to another email provider. or sending us an email providing your username.
